Plan · Shop · Pack · Cook · Reconcile
Current troop forms and reviewed recipe support for Scout-led camp food planning.
The patrol creates the menu and shopping list. The Grubmaster checks existing supplies, makes the choices, shops, packs, cooks, and finishes the reconciliation. Adults coach and transport without taking over.
Basecamp publishes approved forms immediately, but recipes stay hidden until they are marked Scout-facing and complete safety review.
Use the fillable version on a device or the printable version on paper.
Only recipes approved for Scouts appear here.

Scout Ideas
See what the troop suggested, who mentioned it, and what is already being researched.
Adults set the guardrails. The Scout leader runs the planning process.
Set the minimum and maximum choices for each planning question, then see overall participation progress.
Add what the PLC has chosen. Basecamp records the plan; it does not choose for the troop.
The PLC submits the full plan when it is ready. The committee can approve it or return it with a question.
After adult approval, make the Scout-led year available to all Scouts. Sharing can be stopped without deleting the plan.
