Who may use Basecamp
Basecamp is for people approved by Reynoldsburg Troop 826. An account is personal to the individual or managed Scout identity assigned to it. Do not share sign-in codes or allow another person to use your access.
Responsible use
Use Basecamp for legitimate troop activities. Be respectful, keep troop information private, enter information accurately, and follow applicable troop and Scouting policies. Do not attempt to bypass permissions, disrupt the service, impersonate another person, or upload harmful or unlawful material.
Troop content
Members may contribute plans, notes, photographs, resources, and other troop material. Only share content you are permitted to use. Content remains subject to the troop's normal leadership, safety, recordkeeping, and youth-protection practices.
Availability and access
Basecamp is provided as a volunteer-supported troop tool. Features may change, and the service may occasionally be unavailable. Troop administrators may pause or remove access to protect members, respond to misuse, or keep the approved roster current.
Privacy
Our Privacy practices explain how Basecamp handles account, troop, and Google user data. Those practices are part of these terms.
Changes and questions
These terms may be updated as Basecamp changes. Material updates will be posted here with a revised effective date.
